Select your style, size and personalisation options (if applicable), add the product to your cart and proceed to checkout. Before completing payment, you will be able to review all the details. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your order information.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We can modify or cancel your order within the first few hours after purchase, provided it has not yet been prepared or personalised. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible.

Do the prices include taxes?
Yes. All prices shown include VAT where applicable within the European Union.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank cards and buy now, pay later options like Klarna, in addition to the methods available at checkout.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, provided the product has not been used and is in perfect condition.
Can personalized products be returned?
No. Customized products do not support exchanges or returns, except for manufacturing defects.
Who covers the return shipping costs?
Unless there's a mistake or defect on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

What materials do you use?
The structural metal parts are made of 316L stainless steel.
The decorative charms are crafted from high-quality zinc alloy.
Can they get wet?
They are designed to accompany you in summer. However, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to salt water and drying them after contact with water to preserve their finish.
How to choose my size?
Sizing is standard European. If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one.
