Custom products, made according to the client's specifications or clearly personalized, cannot be exchanged or returned due to withdrawal, in accordance with article 103.c of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

In case of product depreciation due to handling beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics, or size, Mallorkinas may deduct the amount corresponding to said depreciation from the refund.
In case of withdrawal from non-customized products, the direct costs of return will be borne by the customer, except in cases of defective product, error attributable to Mallorkinas, or verified transport damage, in which case they will be borne by Mallorkinas.
In the event of a valid withdrawal, Mallorkinas will refund the customer for any payments received that are legally applicable within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the communication of withdrawal.
However, Mallorkinas may withhold the refund until they have received the products or until the customer proves their return.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Additional expenses incurred due to the customer's choice of a shipping method other than the standard one offered by Mallorkinas will not be reimbursed, unless legally required.
